Overview TRIVOT ("the App") is owned and operated by The Wise Owl Nest LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information.

Data Collection and Usage. TRIVOT is designed as a "Private-by-Default" application.

• Personal Information: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name, email address, or phone number.

• Gameplay Data: Your progress (levels completed, win streaks, and hint balances) is stored locally on your device's secure storage. We do not have access to this data.

• Third-Party Services: Payment processing is handled exclusively by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive your credit card information or billing address.

Analytics and Tracking We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics or Facebook SDK). Your puzzle-solving habits remain your own.

Permissions The App may request permission for:

• Notifications: To alert you of the Daily Puzzle.

• Haptics: To provide sensory feedback during gameplay.

Data Retention Because your data is stored locally, deleting the App will result in the permanent deletion of your progress and hint balance. We cannot recover this data for you.
